With the change of era, it is time to change the style of education and training. Demand-oriented education training has become important due to global demand and coordination. In that case, I request the relevant authorities of Bangladesh to give importance to children's education. Children's ability to imitate and follow is very strong from the beginning, so it is not too late to try to bring this capacity to a specific form according to their wishes Future Investment for Mankind or Future Investment for Mankind.
It is necessary to discover the talent of children from an early age and make the method of controlling their learning up-to-date. Basic training should be imparted as early as possible. In today's world, children are groomed for sports between the ages of 7 and 12, children who do not perform well during this period, opt for other professions. In Germany, children are taught and trained at the primary level from the fourth grade onwards. It is seen that all kinds of facilities are being provided to the children from training to schools according to their needs and preferences. Due to this, as soon as their education is completed, they are directly getting government-private jobs finding the value of life and making life sweeter physically, mentally, and financially.
The main goal of the New Way of Education is to provide demand-based education to millions of children without controlling them in the same way.
In the current education system of Bangladesh, students have to decide what they want to be from class 9 onwards. This method has been going on since the beginning of the old method of education. Education and training have been going on for ages as per tradition without any change or expansion. However, in the age of Google, where the needs of mankind and the speed of education are advancing rapidly from the factory, the overall quality of education will be lower compared to the outside world. Due to this, the number of educated unemployed is increasing, and the struggle for life is going on through lifelong poverty. Because the quality of education in the country is not being compared with modern training.
Education in the old way is increasing the literacy rate but it is not possible to use them because they are sitting in warehouses in depression and destroying the food in the country. To give an example, earlier, if a letter was sent from Bangladesh to Sweden, it would take two to three weeks to arrive. At the same time to answer it later, all together the time it took for a letter to arrive is now available in an instant. That is, the training, information, and communication of the past were very slow compared to this era. Human capacity has naturally increased in today's information and communication age. As a result, our meditation and knowledge have been speedily adjusted. In this situation, if the educational system of the school continues in the old way without keeping up with the times, the number of problems and unemployment will increase and not decrease.
Degradation of humanity is happening along with the destruction of good education in the education system of Bangladesh. Now how can we get back that good education and humanity? What should be the effective education system of the country and when will we hear the sound of victory? There is no such thing as long-term defeat in human life, but it has a short duration. Winning and losing is the key to living. Life needs both to survive, just like light and darkness. Just as there is no light without darkness, there is no victory without defeat.
Bangladesh has been a dream-driven country since birth, the dream I had of building Sonar Bangla as an independent country, but even after so many years of independence, that dream has not been achieved.
It is undeniable that we have not yet been able to develop the effective education system required to create an efficient and well-educated civil society for the vast majority of the country's population. At the root of every development vision of the country is the echo of the dream of building Bangladesh. However, it will not be possible to implement the development plan of the country if no effective and sustainable project can be taken to build a skilled and well-educated civil society.
The first demand of the people of all countries is now quality education for all, and education means institutional education. Institutional education revolves around students and teachers. Since the teacher is the unique transmitter of transmitting all the initiatives, and all processes related to institutional education in the classroom, the teacher has to take constant preparation to transmit modern education in the classroom. Training is a helpful medium for these preparations. Is our teaching community able to receive that level of training? That is, our teachers are ready?
All students are endowed with some quality. Apart from that, education is everyone's birthright. So it is the responsibility of the state to ensure education for all. So everyone must be given a chance. But it is not enough to just give them a chance, we have to make sure that they get a good education. If you want a good education, it is not possible without good teachers.
If the teacher society, the only carrier of institutional education, is not strong, will the explorers of the vehicle called students to be able to cross this path without any problems? That is the question of all citizens, all parents. We know that teachers need training to increase their capacity and skills. To ensure the quality of teachers, on the one hand, it is necessary to recruit qualified teachers through a scientific and transparent recruitment process, on the other hand, it is necessary to achieve professional excellence of teachers through quality teacher education and need-based recurrent teacher training. Although there is a different picture in the education picture of the entire country, in the education policy, emphasis has been placed on quality, demand-based, contemporary, recurrent, teacher training, and professional excellence.
Primary education in the country has not yet stood on a solid foundation. Primary education has not yet been made universal. A large number of students are still regularly dropping out from every level of education. The rate is about one-quarter at some levels, which is a matter of great concern.
Now there is a need to conduct a coordinated program of providing and receiving training for teachers at all levels, starting from kindergartens in the country. It is necessary to provide support in increasing and updating the professional knowledge of teachers, increasing the personality, innovative power, and leadership qualities of teachers, and increasing the skills and techniques of new teaching methods. In the era of digitalization and globalization, there is no other option but to develop students in such a way that they can cope with modern and standardized technology.
